A short, honest note on who I am as a photographer — and the few things you can always be sure of when you work with me.

After more than five hundred weddings across seven countries, I've learned that couples don't need to know everything about how I work — just a few things they can count on.

1. I will always chase real emotion over a perfect pose

I don't believe in posing. I believe in paying close attention and being ready the moment something real happens — a look, a laugh, a hand reaching for another. If a photo feels stiff, it's not one I'll hand you. That's not a style choice; it's the whole point of hiring me.

2. You will forget I'm there — and that's when the magic happens

Many of my couples tell me afterward that they genuinely forgot I was photographing at certain points in the day. That's intentional. I move quietly, I don't interrupt real moments to "get the shot," and I'd rather miss a frame than break the moment that made it worth photographing.

3. I will treat your wedding like it's the only one I'm shooting that year

Every wedding is a world of its own. I don't work off a template, and I don't treat any couple's day as routine — even after five hundred of them. Your story gets my full attention, from the quiet morning details to the last song on the dance floor.
